While having a Blood Pool of 7-Self Control, one is under the effect of the Hunger; thus, the only thing they can think and focus about is feeding, and they have a heightened difficulty on all frenzy rolls involving blood. Furthermore, they have a faster intake of blood through the Kiss (from 2BP/turn to 3BP/turn) and will feed until their Blood Pool is full or all possible victims are dead, whichever comes first.
Should they want to stop themselves from heinous acts such as murder, they must succeed on a difficulty check of Self Control, diff 8, with the difficulty raising by 1 should they not feed later down the line. Spending a Willpower point to reattempt the check is allowed, though the Beast may make that impossible, oftentimes.
