Background Builders: each character gets 2 per month, except those with the Dynamic Personality Merit, who get three instead. They cannot be kept/banked, and are discarded at the end of the month. If one undertaking would cost more than two BB/month to achieve, rolls and scenes will be required of the player/s to achieve the results they want.
